Waukesha County as a whole saw more drops for February 2014 compared to February 2013. The number of new listings are down as well as the number of closed sales. On a high note for sellers the number of days on the market is also down for the month of February. Inventory seems to still be down from the summer of last year. I'm sure that will change as we get into the warmer weather of the spring.
