2017 Year in Review

Lake Country Home Realty would like to say thank you to everyone of our clients in 2017. We had a great year with $10.3 million in sales volume. The company wide average sale price was just under $240K. LCHR had a total of 44 transaction sides generating a total gross commission income of just under $250K. So, again thank you to all the clients we helped buy or sell a home in 2017. We look forward to a great 2018. 

Second Quarter Sales Report

Lake Country had a huge second quarter. We were able to help sixteen families buy or sell their home. We were able to achieve over $3.5 million in sales volume. This has made for a busy quarter and all of our agents have worked very hard. We also were able to add a new agent in the second quarter of 2017. Kimm already has her first sale under contract. We are still looking to expand our growing team and need help with the overflow of leads coming in. First Quarter 2017 Sales Report

Inventory is low. Mortgage rates are on the rise, but still at historic lows. Real Estate sales are pacing new highs for the last decade. Here at Lake Country Home Realty we are at another record pace compared to 2016. It was a fantastic year for our first full year of business.
